Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with and receiving training from exceptional chefs, including those at the Michelin-starred Northcote Manor, where I completed a stagiere, and establishments such as the Glendower Hotel and Imperial Hotel. This extensive experience has allowed me to cultivate a diverse skill set, which I am eager to demonstrate at The Glass Tower. I have also had the distinct honor of preparing meals for notable individuals, including Pierce Brosnan, The Hairy Bikers, and Camila Cabello.
